Nice, tidy early Ford convertibles are always satisfying to drive around in. While they usually feel a bit loose in the body and frame, the water leaks and so forth. These body styles immerse the driver in the journey. Roof up or down, the fact that very few convertibles have ever been available in Australia make the quirkiness of these cars very attractive to enthusiasts.
This particular car came to us for a right hand drive conversion. Along the way we repaired some minor issues. While the body was opened up Mike allowed us to carry out some improvements both to the body work and mechanical systems.
